No. Open an account, upload a resume, and we start. Only if your resume is missing information that affects judgment do we ask a few questions in your workspace; if we find we genuinely can’t help your direction, we’ll contact you and say so plainly.
It counts curated matches delivered in the month. Under 40, your service extends two weeks free, reading and delivering on the same weekly cadence. We never loosen the match bar to pad the count.
No. Every preference field is optional — direction, level, current salary are inferred from your resume. After you submit, the AI runs a check: complete files start straight away; only missing key items (expected salary, location lines) get asked.
